Dynamic urls are less of a problem to search engine these days as long as the pages themselves are optimsed well. Search engine friendly urls do look nicer and offer the search enigne a clue to what the page is about, however as long as the CMS (content management system) doesn't put more than 3 parameters in you shouldn't have any problems.
